I have spent my career helping people understand new technology and put it to practical use. I started on a help desk in the 1990s, helping a large insurance company move from mainframe terminals to Windows desktops. Since then, I have worked through the dot-com era, robotics, mobile technology, the Internet of Things, and now AI.
The most important lesson I learned was not technical. People have important jobs to do, and technology is valuable only when it helps them do that work.
AI is the most powerful shift I have seen, but it is moving faster and is still explained largely in language written for developers. Business owners, operators, managers, and teams should not have to become AI experts to benefit from it.
My role is to translate and enable. I learn how your organization works, identify where your existing knowledge can become more useful, and build reusable systems around your people and their judgment.
For one biotech client, I turned years of marketing assets and technical images scattered across Google Drive into a visual library where the team could see the collection at a glance, open individual assets, and return directly to the source files. A simple intake process brought the images and file details into the library automatically, so no one had to enter anything by hand.
